We take care of the repair of your electric motors. Our qualified technicians will take care of checking the conditions on-site, depending on the failure or maintenance, we will evaluate whether to repair on-site or bring the engine to our office, repair and re-install it in your system.
Diagnosing the engine status is the first step.
Before disassembly, the engine is carefully cleaned and then disassembled in order to have access to the parts. These apparently simple operations are important to understand exactly the origin of the fault and evaluate the correct intervention to be performed.
After the inspection phase, a precise technical report is drawn up to inform our customer of the result of our analyzes.
Repair or replacement?
Naturally, the technical report reports, alongside the technical analysis, also the relative repair costs and alternative suggestions.
There are occasions when the entire replacement of the engine is more convenient than its repair. The customer can decide independently, from the date of the technical report, which way to proceed: repair or replacement of his engine.
Start the repair
Once the customer agrees to repair the electric motor, our technicians begin the repair. The damaged or repaired parts are replaced or overhauled those still working but which present small anomalies.
Testing of the electric motor
Once the engine has been repaired, the testing is carried out. Our technicians, after re-assembling the engine, begin to operate it by checking that all its parameters are correct and that everything works in a workmanlike manner.
The engine is subjected to a series of strict controls (stress test) with the use of precise certified equipment to ensure that the result is excellent.
Electric motor test report
Of course, during the engine return phase, the customer will receive an accurate report of all the work carried out and the results of the tests. This is important for building a "technical history" of the engine that will be very useful in a possible future intervention.
